My name is Sammy Lane, and I am an AUSTSWIM-accredited, Autism Swim Approved Provider based in Hobart, Tasmania.
I am a qualified swim coach and fitness professional and also hold a Certificate IV in Personal Training, with a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent participants. I work with children, adolescents and adults across a range of abilities, supporting both foundational water safety skills and stroke development.
Services include:
- 1:1 personalised swimming sessions
- Regulation-focused aquatic sessions
- Skill development for school carnivals or squad transition
- Water confidence and foundational water safety
- Gym–Swim sessions (combined land and water sessions where appropriate)
- NDIS-funded capacity-building aquatic sessions
All sessions are participant-led, structured, and tailored to sensory needs and communication preferences.
I am a mobile provider.
I primarily operate from Clarence Aquatic Centre and a private pool in Sandy Bay which I hire. Where appropriate, I may also work from suitable private home pools within the greater Hobart region.
Sessions are conducted in structured, low-stimulation environments wherever possible to support regulation and positive engagement.
