Melanie at Flow Pool + Studio. We are located near Methven, the village for Mt Hutt Ski Area in New Zealand. Our pool resides on 20 acres looking up at the majestic Southern Alps and vast Canterbury Plains. Our holistic health and movement space has been designed and created to promote wellbeing and balanced living, offering space for hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, swimming lessons, rehabilitation, dietitian, lifestyle medicine, personal development coaching, aquacise, yoga, dance, infrared sauna and plunge tub. We also have hoist access available to support and reflect our commitment to inclusivity.
Our aim is to facilitate better community health and connection. I also only operate out of the pool at Flow.
